1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using HatWatch, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

HatWatch provides a schema auditing tool ("Data Dictionary") for Planhat instances. The service is provided "as is" to assist administrators in mapping their fields.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for ensuring that you have the required authorization to generate and input a Planhat Private App API Token.
• You agree to configure your Private App with "Read / View Only" permissions as instructed.

4. Free Access and HatWatch Pro

Free access includes audit totals and a limited Data Dictionary preview. HatWatch Pro is offered as a one-time payment at the price and in the currency displayed in Stripe Checkout. Pro access is attached to the HatWatch account that completed the purchase and remains available while the service operates, subject to these terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

HatWatch is an independent utility provided without warranty of any kind. Excelsus Advisory shall not be liable for any service interruptions, API rate limits imposed by Planhat, or indirect damages resulting from the use of the generated audit files.

6. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete tenant-related information and access from the dashboard at any time. Requests concerning the personal account or the exercise of data rights can be sent to [email protected]. We reserve the right to suspend accounts abusing API request limits or misusing the platform.
